By accessing, creating an account, or using any service provided by 998a — whether through a mobile browser, tablet, or desktop — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules available on the platform.

These terms form a legal agreement between you (the player) and 998a. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use the platform's services. • Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, except where the cash out is available for that specific bet;
• In the event of suspension or postponement of a match, bets on events not concluded within 48 hours of the original date will be cancelled and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance;
• Obvious odds errors (odds clearly outside market standards due to a technical fault) may be corrected by 998a, and bets placed at incorrect odds may be cancelled;
• Live betting depends on the player's connection — the 998a is not liable for losses resulting from internet outages at the time a bet is confirmed;
• The maximum win limit per single bet is R$ 500,000.00; accumulators and other combination bets may have different limits, as specified on the bet slip;
• A 998a reserves the right to limit the betting volume of any player if patterns suggesting match-fixing, use of privileged information, or any other irregular practice are identified.
